Every package includes completed application forms (auto-filled with your project details), a site plan with setbacks and dimensions, a customized document checklist, submission to Toronto Building on your behalf, status tracking with notifications, and inspection scheduling reminders.
Simple projects ($149) include basic structures like decks, fences, and sheds. Standard projects ($349) are interior renovations like basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. Complex projects ($549) involve structural changes like additions or laneway suites. If your project doesn't fit these categories, contact us for a custom quote.
Express processing ($50 additional) prioritizes your application for 3-5 business day turnaround instead of the standard 2-4 weeks. It's available for Simple and Standard tier projects.
While we can't guarantee approval (that's up to the city), we do guarantee our work. If your application is rejected due to an error on our part, we'll refund your package fee in full.
We currently provide full permit application services for the City of Toronto. Permit checking is available for Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, and Vaughan, with more municipalities coming soon.
